Operation Christmas Child

Help share Christ’s love with a child this Christmas. Packing a shoebox with simple gifts can reach out to children in need.   Through operation Christmas child, children all around the world have an opportunity to receive help and hear the message of Christ.  To find out how to play a part, stop by the information table after the service and pick up a shoebox.   Shoe boxes will be available starting November 3rd, and once filled, can be returned by Sunday, November 17th.

Fall Financial Update @ New Life

We’re three quarters of the way through the year, and it’s time for a financial update.  Even with many generous givers, we’ve fallen short by a total of $33,720 for the first nine months of the year.  In response to this shortfall, we have taken steps to reduce costs and make the most with the money we have.  This includes reducing staff and cutting the budget by over $3,000 a month.  In spite of this shortfall, God has continued to allow us to share Christ with our community.  Please take a moment to pray for God’s hand of provision as we continue our purpose of reaching people for Christ.

Are You Ready to "Fall Back" this Weekend?

Remember to set your clocks back an hour this Saturday night, November 2nd for the time change.

Bible Reading Challenge

The Bible is the inspired word of God that helps us to know God and follow Him.  Many of us own a Bible, but don't have a regular plan for reading it.

To help bring focus, we've put together a Bible reading plan that brings you through a chapter of the Bible each day.  If you follow this day-to-day checklist, you'll be taking the next step toward knowing more of God's Word.  You can find the checklists at our welcome tent, and in your bulletins this Sunday.
