Can You Lend a Helping Hand to Those in Need?
The Bible says “He who is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward him for what he has done.” (Proverbs 19:17). There are members of our community, and even our own church family who are in need. One practical way to help is to buy a gift card to a local grocery store, or superstore. You can bring the gift card to the church office and we will use it to help a member in need.

2) Be willing to love the other person, the way they are.
3) Be willing to forgive and offer a clean start.
4) Put God’s word into practice in your relationship.
5) Find out how to feed and care for your
relationship.

Children's Offering
Each weekend, children have an opportunity to give an offering in our Kidzlife classes. This is an opportunity for kids to learn giving to God at an early age. We invite parents to use this as an opportunity to share this important value with their kids. If you have any questions, please contact our children's staff at kidzlife@newlifecommunitychurch.net.
Can you pray for members of our church?
Can you Pray for Members of Our Church?
If so, you may want to join our prayer team. Each week, members of our church turn in personal prayer requests. These prayer request are put on a prayer list and sent to those who will left them up in prayer. If you have a desire to pray for others, you may be a great fit for this prayer team. People who are part of this prayer team must be members of New Life and make a commitment to keep all requests confidential.
If you are interested in being a part of this team, send an email to prayer@newlifecommunitychurch.net and we will contact you about what's involved.

"Building Better Relationships" Series (3.18.18 Message)
On Sunday we started our "Building Better Relationships" series and talked about two key attitudes for a lasting relationship. See more below.
Opening Observations
1) Sacrificial love and supporting love are
foundations for a marriage.
2) Sacrificial love and supporting love are for
everyone.
3) In each relationship we have unique God-given
responsibilities.
The "What" and "Why" of submitting
1) Submitting means using my strength to support
others.
2) Submitting means embracing an attitude of
respectful cooperation.
3) Submitting may involve supporting others
because God calls me to support, not because the
person deserves it.
Making marriage last a life time
1) To make marriage last a lifetime, sacrifices have
to be made, and yielding needs to take place.
2) In marriage, the husband has a unique
responsibility to show love by sacrificing and the
wife has a unique responsibility to show love by
yielding.
3) Sacrificial love and yielding love is a way that I
choose "us" over "me".
