A Thank You

Here at the Church Office we receive letters from time to time from our members. This is an excerpt from a letter we received recently.

Thank You so much for all your prayers and support. It was so nice to know that we have a loving, supportive church family behind us. Our church family has volunteered to bring us meals from time to time. The Lord is really taking care of us.

Relationship Series Starts on Sunday

This Sunday, February 4th, we're shifting into relationship mode as we continue our series through the book of Malachi. In Malachi chapter 2, God speaks to husbands who are doing a "not so hot" job in their marriages. If you can't make the service, the audio file of the message will be posted next week (after Sunday) on our church website newlifecommunitychurch.net.

Rough Grading of Property

Check out the rough grading of the property. The quality of the video is not so hot (shot on digital camera) but it does show God at work in getting us land of our own.

Truck Parking Needed

Truck Parking Needed - We are looking for an interim location to park our truck. (Hopefully for free) If you have a spot, or any suggestions, please contact Seth Schmit at seth@newlifecommunitychurch.net.

Storage Container Has Arrived!

It’s official, we now have a storage unit at Santiago High School. We’re transitioning to onsite storage for the equipment that used to be hauled back and forth with the truck. Special thanks to everyone who helped with this transition. Praise God for opening the doors with Santiago.For more information on the set up and take down team contact Seth Schmit.

New Signs

Do you like the look of our new signs. We’ve gone with a blue and yellow look with our new directional signs. As finances allow, we want to add new signs to better direct people on Sunday morning.

Lil'K

We’re launching a brand new program to help our preschoolers grow. Lil’K is an interactive, multimedia based curriculum that teaches preschooler’s the transformational truths of God’s word. Preschool is an important time for learning about Christ. Our church wants to make to advantage of this opportunity to impact Kids for Christ.

Pray for Outpouring of God's Spirit

We're asking members to pray for a fresh outpouring of God's Spirit on our church. Let's pray for God to move powerfully in our lives in 2007.

Christmas Eve

Hi New Life!

Hope you had a great Christmas. We had a great time at our Christmas Eve service. We had a huge turn out of 130 people. Our Corona Hills facility was packed. People were squeezed in as we scrambled to put chairs around the back walls. I'm looking forward to 2007 and all the exciting ways God will work through New Life this year. On Sunday Jan 7th we'll be talking all about what's in store for the upcoming church year. Have a great week!
