Our junior high and high school summer camps are coming up. Our junior high will head up to Ponderosa Pines on July 30th-August 3rd. Our high school group will head up to Hume Lake from July 22nd-28th. The cost of camp is $330 for junior high and $475 for high school.

Each year, we have students who are unable to afford camp. If you would like to help financially support students to go to camp, please write "camp sponsor" on your gift to New Life. You can either give your support in the regular offering or send it to the church offices at:

Serve @ Kidzlife

Want to make a difference in the life of a child?

If so, consider serving as a classroom helper in our Kidzlife children’s program. As a Kidzlife volunteer, you’ll play a part in helping children become grounded and growing in their relationship with Christ. To find out more, visit our “Serve in Kidzlife” webpage.

Bible Reading Challenge

The Bible is the inspired word of God that helps us to know God and follow him. Many of us own a Bible, but don’t have a regular plan for reading it. To help bring focus, we’ve put together a Bible reading plan that brings you through a chapter of the Bible each day. If you follow this day by day checklist, you’ll be taking the next step toward knowing more of God’s word.

Chosen Series Starts This Sunday!

Serve @ God's Kitchen

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in." Matthew 25:35
Our church helps feed those in need on the second Wednesday of each month. We do this through a partnership with a local organization called "God's Kitchen." If so, you’re invited to "Intro to Leadership". This is a starting point for discovering what it means to be a leader at New Life. The topics we cover in this workshop include:

-Understanding our view of leadership
-The Biblical qualities of a leader
-Having the heart of leader
-The mission and structure of our church
-How to take the next step toward leadership

This workshop starts on Tuesday, June 12th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, and runs for three consecutive weeks (June 12, 19, and 26). Stop by the information table on Sunday to sign up or email us at info@newlifecommunitychurch.net . You can also check out our website for more information.

May Giving Update 2012

How did we do in the month of May?

We were $3,200.44 short of our monthly budget.

How much does it “cost” to run the church?

In a 4-Sunday month it takes a minimum of $30,605. It allows us to pay the bills and fund a minimal amount to our ministries.


How much was the actual giving for the month?

The giving for this month was $27,404.56.
