Childrens Offering

Each weekend, children have an opportunity to give an offering in our Kidzlife classes.  This is an opportunity for kids to learn giving to God at an early age.  We invite parents to use this as an opportunity to share this important value with their kids.  If you have any questions, please contact our children's staff at kidzlife@newlifecommunitychurch.net

Bible Reading Challenge Checklists

Are you reading through the book of Psalm?  You are if you're following our Bible Reading Challenge.  The Bible is the inspired word of God that helps us to know God and follow Him.  Many of us own a Bible, but don't have a regular plan for reading it.
To help bring focus, we've put together a Bible reading plan that brings you through a chapter of the Bible each day.  If you follow this day-to-day checklist, you'll be taking the next step toward knowing more of God's Word.

Check out our website to download our Bible Reading Challenge checklists.

Counseling Resources

We desire to spiritually support our members through the different challenges of life.  Our primary vehicle for spiritual support are Life Groups.  Life Groups are a place where members can share needs, pray for each other and receive spiritual support and encouragement.
While we hope that many needs can be met in life groups, we realize that often times a member may need a trained counselor or a specialized support group to provide the needed help.

While our church does not have "in house" counseling, or specialized support groups, we can point you to local organizations that can help.
These local resources can supplement the spiritual support our church provides.  One of the organizations focuses on counseling and the other offers support groups.  To learn more, check out our Counseling Resource page.

Big Ideas from the Exodus

Big Ideas from the Exodus

Over the Summer our church did a series called “Roam”.  We looked at stories surrounding God’s deliverance of His people out of Egypt.  Here are the big ideas we covered during this series:

The Passover is a opportunity to learn how Jesus saves us

Tough times are opportunity to Trust God and not complain
Manna is an opportunity to understand a daily relationship with Jesus
God's Law is an opportunity to understand God's will
The Temple teaches us the way to God
Scary situations are an opportunity to believe God is bigger than our limitations
Successfulness can lead to Forgetfulness
Giving is an opportunity to declare who God is and what God has done
Following God is a choice.

This series is now online and you can find it at http://www.newlifecommunitychurch.net/Messages/Podcast/Podcast.html. The messages are arranged by date, so navigate to May 15th to see the start of the series.
