Who's Your One?

At New Life, we ask members the question, "Who's Your One?"  This question flows from the Biblical truth that each person matters to God.  Our hope is that each member of New Life would have one person they are praying for and reaching out to with the love of Christ.  Take time this week to identify and pray for your "One", and invite them to our Sunday services.

For more information, visit our ONE webpage here.

3rd Quarter Financial Update

We’re three quarters of the way through the year, and it’s time for a financial update.

If you’ve been following our finances, you know that our church has been battling a shortfall. One month we meet the budget, the next two months we fall short.  When all the ups and down are added up, it results in a total shortfall of $18,281.50 for the first nine months of the year.

This shortfall doesn’t take away from the fact that we have many generous members at New Life and your generosity is making a difference!  Because of you, we continue to have a place to share Christ with our community.

Our mission of making disciples matters!  Please take a moment to pray for God’s hand of provision as we continue our purpose of reaching people for Christ.

Thanks to everyone who is a part of our church.

Bible Reading Checklist

The Bible is the inspired word of God that helps us to know God and follow Him.  Many of us own a Bible, but don't have a regular plan for reading it.

To help bring focus, we've put together a Bible reading plan that brings you through a chapter of the Bible each day.  If you follow this day-to-day checklist, you'll be taking the next step toward knowing more of God's Word.

Check out our website to download the Bible Reading Challenge checklist.

Acelerate Workshop this Wednesday

Join us this Wednesday for week 2 of our workshop.  Here are the topics we will be going over:

·  How is Christianity different than other belief
   systems
·  Why did Christ have to die? If God was going to
forgive people, why didn’t He just forgive them?
·  Why did someone have to die?
·  Even if Christ didn’t rise again, can’t Christianity
still help us be better people?

·  How can I know that heaven is real?
·  How can I know that the resurrection will really
   happen?

·  I’ve done bad things in life, will God forgive me?

Accelerate is a workshop designed to help you grow in your faith. We meet at 6:45 p.m. at New Life Community Church.  Our address is 2175 Sampson Ave #107, Corona, CA 92879.
