Sponsor a Student for Camp

Our youth summer camp is coming up.  Our High School group will head up to Hume Lake on Sunday, July 23rd and head back down on Sunday, July 30th.  Please pray for our students to have a safe trip and for their hearts to be drawn closer to God.

Each year, we have students who are unable to afford camp.  If you would like to help financially support students to go to camp, please contact Nick Bradshaw at: 951-323-4013.

Bible Reading Challenge

The Bible is the inspired word of God that helps us to know God and follow Him.  Many of us own a Bible, but don't have a regular plan for reading it.

To help bring focus, we've put together a Bible reading plan that brings you through a chapter of the Bible each day.  If you follow this day-to-day checklist, you'll be taking the next step toward knowing more of God's Word.

Check out our website to download the Bible Reading Challenge checklist.

Counseling Resources

We desire to spiritually support our members through the different challenges of life.  Our primary vehicle for spiritual support are Life Groups.  Life Groups are a place where members can share needs, pray for each other and receive spiritual support and encouragement.

While we hope that many needs can be met in life groups, we realize that often times a member may need a trained counselor or a specialized support group to provide the needed help.
While our church does not have "in house" counseling, or specialized support groups, we can point you to local organizations that can help.

These local resources can supplement the spiritual support our church provides.  One of the organizations focuses on counseling and the other offers support groups.

To learn more, check out our Counseling Resource page.

Church Office Volunteer

Our church has a great team of volunteers that help each week in our church offices! They assist with many of the important midweek activities that serve our church family.  Volunteers help with data entry, record keeping, planning for events, desktop publishing, painting, following up with prayer requests, assisting with workshops, folding and labeling, and other office tasks.

If you would like to learn about volunteering in the church office, please contact us at info@newlifecommunitychurch.net.

"Go Big" Series (6.4.17 Message)

On Sunday, we started our "Go Big" series, while going through the book of 1 Samuel.

Message Points:

1) No matter how small our circumstances, we can
be big in the ways that matter the most to God.
2) The smallness of our situation doesn't keep God
from finding us and using us in big ways.
3) If you feel stuck in an "in between" time,
remember that waiting time doesn't need to be
     wasted time.
4) God will use smaller situations to prepare us for
     bigger things.
5) God often tests our faithfulness with little, before
     giving us more.
6) God will use smaller challenges to prepare us for
     bigger challenges.

Interested in Serving?

“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.” (1 Peter 4:10)

As believers, God calls us to make a contribution to the cause of Christ.  One way we do this is by using our gifts to serve others.  To find out more about serving at New Life, check out our Serving and Intro to Serving web pages.
